Elysian Brewing - Capitol Hill

Had an amazing experience at this bar, out bartender Blake Blanco was welcoming, inviting, and hilarious. My spouse and I really enjoyed the food and drinks!

Came here for a dinner around 6 pm. Got seated pretty quickly and our server went around and took our drink orders. I asked her for zero-proof recommendations and she said they could make the pear...

I've been here twice and both times was pleased. Good bar food, good beer, plenty of space, good vibes. The service has always been pretty good too.

It was an exceptionally hot day in Seattle and they don't appear to have air-conditioning so we were a little sweaty. The beer was fantastic. The food we have mixed reviews on my jackfruit...
