In 2007, Dr. Srinivasan moved to the Northwest to start the Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Department at Vancouver Clinic. He was drawn to the specialty because the focus always is on the patient and not a test result or number. He enjoys taking care of both children and adults, and volunteers at Childrens Community Clinic in Portland.

Dr. Caruthers treats each of her patients as if they were family and takes into consideration their entire medical story. She works with her patients to create an individualized plan of care to allow them to function without limitations. Her medical interests are asthma, food allergies including eosinophilic esophagitis, eczema, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), chronic cough, drug allergies and immunodeficiencies.
