The Hibulb Cultural Center and Natural History Preserve is dedicated to reviving, protecting, and interpreting the history, traditional cultural values, and spiritual beliefs of the Tulalip Tribes and other signatory tribes and bands. With a 23,000 square foot cultural center and a 50-acre natural history preserve, visitors can explore interactive exhibits, classrooms, a longhouse, a research library, and a gift shop.
Through engaging displays and narration, guests can learn about the traditional local languages of six surrounding tribes, including the Klallam, Twana, Nooksack, Northern Straits, Northern Lushootseed, and Southern Lushootseed. The center also serves as a certified collections and archaeological repository, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the rich cultural heritage of the region.
