Horizon Elementary

Horizon Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers a range of extracurricular activities, including student council, chorus, band, orchestra, and newspaper, art and friendship clubs. In addition, it organizes geography bee and spelling bee competitions and Math Olympiad. Horizon Elementary provides general academic education to students. Its curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and physical education. The school also operates a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising activities. Evergreen Middle School is a part of the Everett Public schools. It is located in Everett, Wash. and serves more than 900 students in grades six through eight. The school s athletic department administers teams in football, softball, wrestling, track and cross country. The school also operates a cafeteria that provides meals, including fruits, cereals, juices, nuggets, breads, pizzas, burgers, salads, vegetables and soups. Additionally, the school offers a Web service for parent and students to access grades online. The school s store provides student supplies, such as pencils, erasers, sharpeners, highlighters and rulers. Evergreen Middle School employs a staff of more than 80 faculty members.
