History

Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center was originally founded by Anna and Alan Waltar in 1980. They began a search for a place to create a retreat center for members from their church and others to experience Christian Community in the beauty of the mountains. When the realtor brought them to this spot on the banks of Ingalls Creek, Anna says
