Got a picklewich today that was DELISH. Customer service was great and everyone was smiling. I think people only leave reviews when they don't like something. Today Jimmy John's killed it.

Worst sandwich ever. One flat roll, one slice of turkey, two tomatoes and a sprinkling of lettuce. I'm so glad I didn't tip her.

Not freaky fast. Ordered ahead, came in 20 min later, they hadn't even started my order. 2 people working that's it. They had 2 wraps being made on the line at the time I came in, so obviously...

The worst sandwiches I ever receive. I could give it 0 stars I would. The meat portions were small, there were little to no vegetables. I was very disappointed because all I receive was bread....

Almost nothing on the sandwich. Didn't give us lettuce when we asked for it. We asked for no tomatoes. Service was slow, and when ordering the lady spoke so softly we had to lean in to hear her....
