Brisket was dry and stringy like left over pot roast. We questioned if it was really a brisket...no fat in the meat at all. The mac and cheese was good.

No one is wearing masks here. The food is expensive and the meat lacks taste. I ordered ribs and they tasted like they were boiled before being smoked. The meat is rubbery and full of water.
