3 girls gossiping in member service. I call and reach the prompt and hit "1" to speak with someone in membership. Not one phone rings and then it says everyone is busy. WTH!?!? I pay over $100...

So for a while, this facility looked a little rundown, but it is really being spruced up, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

The family shower room has no door! (Which I have never seen in any other YMCAs) Though there is regulation saying that no nudity in the family shower room but it seems useless. It only makes kids...
