Lantern Brewing

Small and independent microbrewery and tasting room, offering delicious and unique ales, beer, lagers, and hybrids brewed here in North Seattle. We are inspired by the brewing and culinary traditions and shared histories of Belgium, France, and the USA, and we translate those old-world traditions and stories to create new interpretations of the classics. Using local malts and grains, local fruits, hops, and herbs, we produce a wide range of flavorful experiences beyond just the IPA du jour. We believe in the power and importance of place, and love to share our approach to brewing uniquely Cascadian creations with travelers from all over the world!
