In-store service was excellent; good explanations of tradeoffs, very little "upsell" pressure. Selection is extensive. Value was good. This is a 4-star rather than 5-star review for two reasons....

Linda went above and beyond our expectations with finding the perfect bed! She made sure we receive our bed right when we move into our new home. Definitely recommend. It could be stressful...

Linda is great! I had an emergency and needed beds for guests coming in town for a funeral and Linda helped out and had the beds delivered and set up the very next day. I will get my next mattress...
