We encountered this food truck at a community event in Spangle WA. This is by far the best BBQ we have ever eaten. The beef brisket is so good. It just melts in your mouth. I recommend the hot BBQ...

A smoked flavor in each bite, in each item! Except the slaw, well and do we want that? My favorite is actually the chicken leg and thigh. Which kept me coming back to keep trying their options....
