Our team is a Worker Owned Cooperative led by Kari Kari Hansen D'AboyMA, CRC, who brings over 20 years of vocational and management experience to the table. Our members include vocational counselors, consultants, risk management specialists, and computer science technicians who aggressively pursue positive outcomes for our customers and clients. A "cooperative" is a business that is owned and controlled by its employees. Originally conceived in the agricultural arena, cooperatives have now expanded to every realm of business.
