Pretty good bagel with incredible cream cheese!! Wish the inside was more of a place to hang but understandably not because it's inside a hotel. Great place for grab and go breakfast nonetheless.

Bagels were ok. Got the jalapeño with veggie cream cheese They're untoasted but feeling nonetheless

Quick and friendly service but the bagel was very dry and probably old. Disappointing.

It's a cute bagel shop downtown inside the Hyatt hotel. They have lattes and coffee as well. You have to enter through the hotel lobby just fyi. The bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese was only $5.
