I applied to Octapharma and cleared the physical exam and test of hematocrit level. Just wanted to make thank you for accepting me. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

I have been coming for a while to donate plasma. They are a bit short staffed especially at the front end of the process. Staff is generally friendly and work hard to make the process smooth.
