Maintaining healthy eyes requires regular vision and eye health examinations. Meet The Pacific EyeCare of Port Orchard Staff W. Earl Buchanan, O.D. Dr. Buchanan graduated from Pacific University, College of Optometry with a doctor of optometry degree. He practiced in Oregon, Missouri and Saudi Arabia prior to settling in Port Orchard in 1985. He enjoys the general practice of optometry, treating patients of all ages with various eye and vision problems. Professionally, he is a member of the Kitsap Optometric Society, having served as its president , a member of the Washington Association of Optometric Physicians and a member of the American Optometric Association for the past 35 years. He has been a member of the Kiwanis and JC's and currently serves on the board of Holly Ridge, a non-profit serving the needs of infants and toddlers with varying development disorders and developmentally disabled adults with employment opportunities. In his leisure time he enjoys golf, traveling, and gardening. He and his wife Dianne live in Port Orchard and have 2 grown sons. Joseph Trull, O.D. Dr. Trull is a life-long Kitsap County resident and is a graduate of Olympic High School. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Visual Science from Pacific University and later earned his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry. After working in Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon, he joined the United States Navy where he served at Naval Hospital Bremerton. In 2000, he joined Dr. Buchanan...
