Went in and found exactly what I needed thanks to a very helpful and friendly staff member. Truly a neighborhood gem.

The staff are very helpful when needing assistance in locating items in the store. While the selection is smaller than a big box store, Pacific Supply still has a very good selection.

I've had better luck here since I wrote my last review. Upgrading to four stars. If you hear screams of joy from South Cap Hill, it's probably because they got the coveted fourth star from me.
