The filled the bowl 3/4 with rice and I asked them if they could remove some because it's a lot of carbs. Then they proceeded to only give this amount of the entree so we had to go back and order...

My experience is consistent with many of the other reviews. The customer service at this location is bad and it has everything to do with the Manager (she's the only one wearing the black frock)....
