Pho T&N in Poulsbo, WA was founded by Rang Nguyen and Huyen Tran, who fulfilled their dream of owning a business in America after arriving in Seattle in 1998. So disappointed!!! The pho was flavorful, but no veggies!!! I ordered and paid for extra chicken and I found about 5 spoonfuls. The prices are astronomical! Save your money. Go elsewhere. We will.

It wasn't busy when I went at around 1:30pm on a Saturday. I got the regular pho with steak and brisket, with extra cilantro which is an additional $0.85. Very quick service and delicious...
