History

The first Poppinjay's was opened in Bellevue, WA. We are a local, woman-owned, family business and have remained committed to offering fresh, delicious food while modernizing the breakfast and lunch experience. Giving back to the community is an essential part of our values and beliefs. We are proud of our commitment and involvement in supporting our partners throughout the years. Specialties

We have four locations in Bellevue and Kirkland, curating hand-made espresso drinks, breakfast bagels and croissants, and offering a variety of scrumptious omelettes, breakfast burritos, bagels, and so much more! In the afternoon, you can choose from a wide variety of elevated lunch options from classic sandwiches like turkey havarti to Chinese Chicken Salad. We also have a vegetarian selection, as well as wraps, smoothies, falafels, hot specials, and soups prepared by our knowledgeable staff for even the most discerning tastes.
