It also offers site development construction and inland use regulation services. The company provides budget development, schedule analysis, entitlement and permitting services. J.R. Hayes & Sons has worked for the Valley Center Corporate Park, Seaway Industrial Center, University of Washington, INTEL Dupont, Bravern, Northshore Elementary School and Preston Industrial Park. In addition, it offers design and value engineering, cost management and schedule development services. The company also provides contract preparation, cost tracking, document control and entitlement consultation services. J.R. Hayes & Son maintains a fleet of more than 100 pieces of rolling stock. HistoryOur business started off with focusing on the architectural aspect, hence the name CAMS-USA (Custom Architectural Material and Supply-USA). We did a lot of molding, trim, columns, and basically everything that was involved with construction beautifying peoples homes. We slowly began to experiment with our machinery and our imaginations and started to expand exponentially. From the days when we only did foam and stone, we are now proud to have done and continues to work with Light Weight Concrete, Gypsum, Arcus Stone, Light Weight Foam covered with a very hard coat of Polyurethane, Wood, Granite, Marble and much more to create anything.
