Our primary care locations are open, safe and available for appointments. To make in-person and telemedicine appointments with your primary care provider, schedule online through MyChart or call the clinic directly. If you have any new symptoms for COVID-19, please visit one of our urgent care clinics. These symptoms include any new cough, shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, chills, headache, muscle aches, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, stuffy or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
