Quest Diagnostics

I've never had a problem at this location. It's run as a tight ship, I've never seen more than one person working at a time. I've always been in and out quickly and everyone is friendly!

Door locked at 15 minutes before closing. They don't want my money, or are just too busy.

I was told I should get my results in 3-5 days and it's now been 3 WEEKS! both my doctor and I have tried to contact them with no answer and no reply. DO NOT GO HERE!

Automated phone line (206-381-0557), option 6 doesn't work! So there's no way to talk to a real person. Also, can't get results to my physician! Trying to contact someone but no help! Online...

Extremely irresponsible - my doctor's office faxed bloodwork requests to this location and told me to call and confirm they received it. Although the automated voice message says 6 is the number...
