This is a wonderful facility. Several family members have stayed here after surgery or after having strokes and needing rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing care. The facility is extremely clean....

So I gave them one star because you can't give them negative stars! I saw neglect, abuse, and abusive power. lack of care for the residence, no desire to improve the comfort of the residence!...

This facility is appalling. The management team needs to be completely thrown out. The administrator acts like a toddler, throwing temper tantrums at staff, in full view and earshot of residents....
