SAK is where the ride of your life begins! We are a professional kiteboarding and wing foiling school offering the highest standard of International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) certified lessons in Lyle, Washington and St. Petersburg, FL. We have lessons and packages for beginner to advanced riders, and our team of highly experienced, certified instructors keep you safe and stoked through the entirety of your kiteboarding and/or winging journey. SAK originated in Cape Town, South Africa in 2013 and now has two locations in the U.S. Due to the seasonality of wind sports, we are open for lessons in the Pacific Northwest’s Columbia River Gorge in Lyle, WA from June to September and in Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg, FL from October to May. When we’re not teaching, we’re busy leading international, off-the-beaten path kiteboarding and yoga trips/retreats to exotic destinations around the world.

I brought my 17 year old daughter to SA Kite to learn to kiteboard. The instructors are awesome patient and fun. Within 3 days she was confident, up and transitioning!!
