Schwartz Brothers Bakery

Schwartz Brothers Bakery is a locally owned and operated bakery. The bakery maintains one of its locations in Seattle. The bakery undertakes the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Program to implement, monitor and verify that bacteria, chemicals and foreign objects are excluded from bakery products. Schwartz Brothers Bakery also conducts training sessions for its management staff and team members.
