Yelp shows that walk-ins are accepted but when I walked in, they didn't acknowledge me for sometime. Until I had to ask, only to be told I need an appointment. Barbers didn't seem friendly either.

Very bad experience here. Customer service is awful. Also Yan is very impatient, lack of skills, made a mess on styling my hair. Now I have to find another place to fix it. Wish I haven't come....
