With a mission to advance the musical arts, they offer free concerts throughout their season, inviting qualified musicians to join their ranks as subs for rehearsals and performances.

Featuring a range of brass instruments like cornet, euphonium, and tuba, the band maintains a tradition of musicians switching between instruments with similar mouthpiece sizes.
