During that time we have observed that our trust in him comes from his desire to give the best service, the most honest evaluations and the lowest price possible. His biggest asset is his ability to educate and openly discuss options before doing the work. He is current in up grading his education to modern appliances. A good friend to have do the work. I have had the technician out several times to work on a variety of appliances. He is fast, courteous and very reasonable. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.
