We had a very late check in but it was very pleasant and quick. Beds are very comfortable, room is clean. Breakfast was fine, typical reheat potatoes, sausage, eggs . We would stay here again.

The front desk staff are outstanding especially Faye and Pearl. Great customer service. Mei Mei works the breakfast buffet and is incredible. If you ask nice she will help you make pancakes

Waited 55 mins to check in because the single person at the front desk could not figure out how to work the system. Instead of telling the masses in line that they would not be able to check in...
