Tower 12 is one of my go to lunch spots when I have to work in Seattle. It's very intimate inside if you are dining in so don't expect a lot of space, the counters will be your best option, but...

Man where do I even start. So this store is really warm. Like borderline hot. I walked by the thermostat and it read 78 degrees. Which I found a bit odd. The store it self looks really chaotic....

the store is convenient and the staff are friendly. sandwiches are good and the alcohol selection is great. also has milk, eggs, and other staples
