All units are ground level apartment units located in a park-like setting with well maintained lawns, trees, shrubs surrounding a beautiful Bethany Hall Activity Center, where weekly Bible study, basic ESL classes and game times are offered at no cost. We also feature monthly Birthday celebrations, seasonal entertainment and educational opportunities. Luther Senior Center is close to stores for shopping and adjacent to bus stops. Dial-a-ride is also available and for those who drive, unassigned tenant parking is available at no cost to residents or their visitors. The Luther Senior Center is HUD subsidized and provides rental assistance for all residents through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development under the Section 8 program. Qualified residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent which includes all utilities except for telephone and cable/dish tv services.
