HistoryLakeview Design & Construction, Inc. was started in 1985 as Seattle Solarium, a partnership between Bob Dorres & Rollin Francisco. We started out with an extensive background in energy conservation solar greenhouses, and specialty glazing. However, this developed a real passion for the whole process of remodeling from design through completion.
