This is an excellent Mixed Martial Arts gym that teaches boxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, MMA, and wrestling. The coaches all have a lot of experience and the price is more than reasonable.

Good for learning the MMA basics but young, cocky, blonde surf kid as trainer with no ethics is quite a paradox!
