Best family resort on Lake Chelan. Lots to do and room to roam. Condo's with full kitchens, fireplaces, patios or decks, washer and dryers. Better than a hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools beach...

I'll start with the good- we love our unit and the location. The bad: the front desk manager is confrontational, rude, ignorant and uneducated. Therefore her staff does not care about a thing....

I would give no reviews if that was an option. Watch out for the front desk. They are horrible. Unfriendly, rude, confrontational, unhappy, and dishonest. They will blind bill you after you leave...

Run down units. Air conditioning doesn't work. Small unit, peeling paint on patio. Building outside dirty and unkempt.
