David Haybron, M.D., is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon. Before coming to Wheeling Hospital, Dr. Haybron was with Pittsburgh Cardiothoracic Associates. He also has served as cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon at the West Penn Allegheny Health Systems. Dr. Haybron earned his bachelors degree in biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University and a masters degree in biochemistry at the University of Hawaii. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His residency in general surgery was performed at the UCLA; residency in thoracic surgery at The Ohio State University; and his clinical associate fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Dr. Haybron is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

The Center for Plastic Surgery at Wheeling Hospital provides a full range of procedures with highly-qualified surgeons. The center's physicians include Dr. Marjorie Bush, Dr. Hector Marcano, Dr. Karl Mueller and Dr. C. Alan Tracy.

Karl Mueller, M.D., has practiced at Wheeling Hospital for nearly 25 years. He graduated from the St. Louis University School of Medicine, completed general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut and plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and was elected to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mueller is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He holds numerous certificates of advanced education in cosmetic surgery. He specializes in plastic surgery of the face, breast and body (tummy tucks), with special interest in breast augmentation for athletic women. He also is expert in lip enhancement, facial fillers and Botox.
