Summersville Memorial Hospital, located in Summersville, W.Va., is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations offers a variety of health care services, including medical specialties, and diagnostic and rehabilitative support services. It offers various inpatient facilities, including a full range of surgical services, intensive care, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and obstetrics and nursery. It provides outpatient services, such as emergency room available 24-hours, seven-days a week with a physician and licensed nursing staff on call, and a laboratory for various tests, including X-ray, CT scan, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography, ultrasound and general diagnostic tests. The hospital also offers sports medicine facilities, and physical and occupational therapies with licensed therapists.
