I'm not happy ! I sent make and model # serial and a picture when I emailed for a repairman. They asked for this info in order to prepare repairman so he can have needed parts on the truck Etc ....

I was informed of the diagnostic fee HOWEVER if a technician had called to discuss what was wrong and looked up the cost of the parts alone PRIOR to the visit I would have been spared that fee....
