Oakwood Villa is one of the leading providers of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions in Wisconsin. It is a 90-plus-bed facility that offers a range of health care services, as well as rehabilitation and case management programs. The center provides postoperative care, respite, palliative and hospice care services. Oakwood Villa also offers respiratory, renal disease, cancer recovery and digestive disease support services. It specializes in infusion, physical, occupational, speech and wound care therapies. The center provides patient and resident advocacy services and clinical and financial resource assistance. Located in Altoona, Wis., Oakwood Villa has been serving Eau Claire, Chippewa and Dunn counties in Wisconsin since 1983.

North Central Health Care is a public agency, serving more than 20,000 patients annually. The hospital has branch locations in Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Wausau, Antigo, Merrill and Tomahawk, Wis. It offers a wide variety of medical services, such as outpatient and inpatient care, same-day and general surgery, community support, mental health services, vocational and life skills training, and early and crisis intervention services. North Central Health Care also offers housing and care management services for the developmentally disabled, assessments, individual and outpatient group counseling, intensive programming, day hospital, referral services for residential patients, and educational programs for alcohol and other drug problems. Additionally, it provides services for detoxification and persons suffering from problems with gambling addiction. Its nursing home, Mount View Care Center, provides skilled nursing services, short- and long-term care, psychiatry and treatments for neurological diseases, dementia and behavioral problems.
