Alpine Valley resort is one of United State's largest ski resorts throughout the Southeastern Wisconsin. Based in Elkhorn, Wis., the resort offers a range of on-slope lodging, skiing and recreational activities. The resort supplies a gamut of services, such as dining and bar, banquet halls and more. I do like how many beginner runs they have. Makes a great spot to practice and not have many large runs to go down. However, the ski lift attendants don't pay attention much. They're too busy...

Came here on a Friday morning in late January and the place was not too busy. By the time we left around 5pm though, after school groups were arriving and it started getting more crowded....

They only do walk ins for lift tickets and rentals. I arrived on a Saturday morning around 10AM and the parking lot was already full and resort was busy. Be sure to bring quarters - I recommend...
