Su Plus Two Restaurant & Bar in West Allis, WI, was founded by the Cisneros brothers and former Urban Joe chef Su Carlos, who bring together a wealth of experience in culinary arts, management, and accounting. Originally planning to establish a restaurant in Thailand, the team opted to seize the opportunity to create their fusion cuisine venture closer to home. Since launching as a family-owned business in May 2021, Su Plus Two has rapidly expanded into a larger space just three blocks from its original location after renovating their new building at 7335 W Greenfield Ave. The restaurant has been serving patrons at its new site since November 2023, continuing to offer a unique blend of flavors that reflects the diverse backgrounds of its founders.
