Tina Haase is an advanced practice nurse prescriber practicing in family medicine. She obtained her BSN from Marian College in Fond du Lac, WI and earned her MSN from Concordia University in Mequon, WI. Tina’s medical interests include health promotion and disease prevention for all ages and patient education. Tina is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Tina enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, reading, kayaking, hiking, and music.

Holly Anderson is a board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Viterbo University-La Crosse and earned her master's in nursing from Concordia University in Mequon, WI. Anderson's practice is focused on women's health, health prevention and promotion, and caring for children (pediatrics). Anderson is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association and the Wisconsin Nurses Association. In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and reading.
