Got truck in wash area, got underbody rinse and truck soaped. Then car wash died. Now have a soapy truck. And no working phone number for a refund. Last trip here. Waste of time and money.

Kind of difficult to redeem a discount from an earlier visit 5/19 when the car wash was out or order on 5/17 & 5/18. Let alone poor drying on successive previous visits.
