It's Culver's not much to mess up but sometimes they get your order wrong in the drive through but they are very busy and I am impressed by the workers ability to work in that fast environment

The food was good. The staff was OK but they could be better. But they had no soap in the male restroom and napkins. It was very busy so my food 5ish minutes

For the second time the drive through screwed up my order. I immediately called, they acknowledged the mistake, and then told me I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Absolutely terrible customer...
