Placed an order for carry out over the phone and quoted 13-18 minutes. Still waiting for order and it's been 50 minutes and still no food and no offer of apology!

I was told it's a rule that you can't have tossed boneless wings, only tossed bone in. They are cooked in the same fryer, but only bone in can be tossed in sauce. That makes absolutely no sense.
