I've been coming to the Isthmus location for 3 years now and have always had a pleasant experience! The staff are kind, communicative, and quick to delivery my new glasses and contacts.

Horrible service. Insurance was incorrectly submitted causing another invoice being sent couple months after receiving the glasses. Glasses came in 2 week later than promised.
