Foxtown Brewing is steeped in tradition and driven by a passion for great beer. Once the Opitz Zimmerman Brewery in the mid-1800s, Foxtown is a reclamation of Mequon history. We’re not the biggest brewery around, nor the flashiest, but you’ll see that we take brewing very seriously. Every ingredient in every recipe is backed by reason. Our beer is good on purpose.

Food was fast! Cheese curds were good. French Dip was tasty, nice that the aioli came on the side. The sandwich definitely needed the sauce. Great outdoor seating options and nice big place!

Love Foxtown. One of my favorite places. Classy, friendly, good food and yummy beer. Met and talked to the owner for a couple of hours. Had a tour of the Caves. That was really cool. Enjoyed it a lot.
