Dr. Steven Novotny chose family practice because of the many different types of people from children to senior citizens. Dr. Novotny is up-to-date with the latest treatments and therapies from pediatrics to geriatrics and all ages in between. His approach to medicine is to treat the entire person. His goal is to obtain optimal health for all of his patients and he works towards this goal through early detection and treatment of disease. This is based on preventing the disease from occurring in the first place. He feels that he cannot, however, do this task alone. It requires team work between the patient and physician. He works with you to maximize your health and well being. Dr. Matthew Theado is a board certified pediatric physician. He enjoys interacting with children and adolescents and feels that working in pediatrics is rewarding and exciting. In addition, his practice philosophy is to incorporate a collaborative approach to pediatric care as he strives to involve parents and family in making health care decisions for their children.
