Lauren Zepke, PharmD

Lauren Zepke is a dedicated ambulatory care clinical pharmacist. She graduated from UW Madison School of Pharmacy in 2017 and completed her post-graduate training at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin with a focus in ambulatory care. She currently works within the family medicine and internal medicine clinics at the SSM South Madison Campus located at 1211 Fish Hatchery Road in Madison, Wisconsin. Lauren specializes in chronic disease state management, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and heart failure. She enjoys collaborating with patients and providers to help optimize medications, provide education, and ultimately empower patients to take an active role in their health. Lauren is also a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading, and traveling to Disney World.
