At the IV therapy clinic, Dr. McFarland gives patients access to the numerous health benefits of IV vitamin therapy, from hangover help to erectile dysfunction treatment, Dr. McFarland has been a Family Nurse practitioner for 13-plus years and a Registered Nurse for 18 plus years.She is the author of a peer-reviewed journal CME article Early Identification of Pancreatic Cancer, featured in the Clinician Reviews peer-reviewed journal. She has presented podium and poster presentations locally and nationally on various healthcare-related topics. She was featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for her involvement in integrating primary care into a behavioral health care setting.She is a Fellow of the 2018-2019 Duke Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program. Dr. McFarland is the recipient of the Milwaukee Business Journal 2016, 40 under 40 Award; Milwaukee Times 2017, Corporate Trailblazer Black Excellence Award; and the 2016 American Association of Nurse Practitioners State Advocate Award.She is the CEO and Founder of the Wisconsin Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. McFarland is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Alverno College, and Concordia University Wisconsin.
