Lowell Elementary School

Lowell Elementary School, governed by the Madison Metropolitan School District, serves more than 250 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school coordinates Title I, English as a Second Language, and talented and gifted education programs. It maintains a networked lab, library media center and classrooms with computers. Lowell Elementary School offers a range of extracurricular activities, including art, music, strings and physical education. It operates the Lowell Home and School Association, which is a parent-teacher organization that participates in a variety of projects for strengthening the school community. The school's curriculum includes math, science, language arts and social studies.
